At Shower Pouch, the idea to develop the best in class hygiene solutions for the active adventurer was birthed out of two major life experiences.

First, was from my father who was stationed to Afghanistan during his last DOD deployment to Camp Leather Neck.  He would tell me stories how the men and women soldiers would use baby wipes to clean up when outside the wire.  I remember thinking, there has to be a better way.

Secondly, being an avid outdoorsmen who love to overland, hike, and just spend days outside.  I remember not showering because there were no good alternatives to getting clean.  I learned to accept that being funky and uncomfortable was part of the experience. 

How wrong I was!   

Fast forward to 2014, OJ and myself were at a bar in Salt Lake City, Utah talking about business opportunities we felt we could be successful.  Hence, the birth of Shower Pouch!  We wanted to make a body wipe that was better than anything in the market and to educate consumers that there had to be a better alternative to using baby wipes.  Come on now ... we are all adults, why are we still using baby product?  Lastly, we wanted the formula to be efficacious and to feel substantial in your hands.  

For Shower Pouch, it's about enabling consumers to live their best life free from embarrassing body odor and funk with simple to use pocket sized hygiene products on-the-go.
